SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Shipping is FREE with any purchase of $99.00 or more (Excluding International Orders). We ship USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail is 2-3 business days. Although most orders are shipped the next business day, your order can take up to 3-5 business days to be shipped. International orders may take a few extra days due to customs.

SHIPPING INSURANCE:

We highly recommend shipping insurance. Once your order leaves our facility, it is yours and we are no longer responsible for it or its contents. We are not responsible for damaged products, as they are in one piece when upon departure from our warehouse. If you are concerned about your lotions being damaged or lost in shipping, please add the optional shipping insurance we offer. This protects your purchase from any damage or loss that happens to your package once it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service. We are not responsible for any damage or loss the USPS does to your package. We cannot replace, your product or refund your money if you choose to not purchase insurance.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICIES:

We do not issue/accept refunds or returns unless we are at fault. There will be a 15% restocking fee for cancelled orders.
